Rules for Best Hoster Holiday Homes
These general terms support the property-specific rules shown on each resort page and during the official booking process.
Payment and Booking
- A minimum deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- Bookings are not confirmed without payment verification.
- Remaining balance, if any, must be paid before accessing the property.
- Reservations are non-refundable unless Best Hoster confirms otherwise in writing.
- Date changes depend on availability, notice period and applicable change fees.
Arrival, Inspection and Deposit
- Guests should provide accurate arrival timing and notify staff before arrival.
- The property should be inspected at check-in and any existing issue reported quickly.
- Security deposit may be required and can be used for damages, missing items, late checkout or extraordinary cleaning.
Property Rules and Safety
- Smoking inside rooms is not permitted and may lead to penalties.
- Children must not be left unattended near swimming pools.
- Parties or events require prior approval.
- Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.
- A liability waiver may be required before check-in.
