Begin your reservation by completing our official booking form. You'll select your preferred resort directly in the form.

All necessary information will be collected through this secure process, including your choice of luxury retreat.

Select your preferred check-in and check-out dates using our interactive calendar system. Our availability calendars are updated in real-time to show you the most current information.

After selecting dates, our system will automatically verify availability. Please wait a moment while we confirm if your chosen dates are available.

If your dates are available: Proceed to the next step to complete your reservation.

If your dates are not available: You'll receive a notification with alternative date suggestions or the option to contact our team for assistance.

Provide Guest Information

Complete our secure booking form with your personal details:

Full name as it appears on your ID
Contact information (phone and email)
Number of adults and children
Any special requests or requirements

Important: You'll need to upload a clear, readable copy of your Emirates ID or passport for verification purposes.

Review Terms & Confirm

Carefully review our terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and house rules. This includes important information about:

Check-in/check-out times
Security deposit requirements
Property usage guidelines
Cancellation and refund policy

Once you've reviewed and agreed to the terms, confirm your booking. Your reservation is now temporarily held while you complete payment.

Receive Booking Confirmation

Immediately after confirming your booking, you'll receive an email containing:

Detailed reservation summary
Bank account information for deposit
Security deposit details
Property address and access instructions
Contact information for our support team

Please verify all details carefully to ensure accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

Make Payment

Complete your reservation by transferring the payment to the provided bank account. Your booking includes:

Resort rental fee
Tourism fee (if applicable)
Refundable security deposit

After making the payment, send the transaction receipt via WhatsApp to +971 54 546 5556 or email to booking@besthoster.ae.

URGENT: You have 1 hour to complete payment after creating your temporary reservation. After 1 hour, unconfirmed bookings are automatically canceled.

Bank Transfer Tip: Some banks require 4 hours to add new beneficiaries. If your bank has this delay, we recommend using an ATM for immediate transfer.

Important Note: Your booking is confirmed immediately once we verify your payment.

Receive Final Confirmation

Immediately after payment verification, you'll receive:

Final booking confirmation voucher
Detailed check-in instructions
Contact information for the property manager
Property guide with important information

Remember: Your temporary reservation is only held for 1 hour. Complete payment within this timeframe to secure your booking.

Important Booking Information

1-Hour Payment Window: After creating your temporary reservation, you have exactly 1 hour to complete the payment. The system automatically cancels unconfirmed bookings after this period.

Bank Transfer Tip: If your bank requires 4 hours to add new beneficiaries, use an ATM for immediate transfer to meet the 1-hour deadline.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be returned within 24 hours after your stay, provided no damage or rule violations occurred.

Immediate Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed immediately after payment verification. You'll receive final documents right away.

Identification: The name on your booking must match your identification document. A clear copy of your Emirates ID or passport is required for all guests.
