1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Besthoster Vacation Homes Rental.

1.1 Reservation Process

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at check-in along with a security deposit.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), and cash upon arrival.

Important: The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to property inspection.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while accounting for the costs of holding reservations.

2.1 Guest Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Deposit is forfeited
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total booking cost
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of total booking cost

2.2 Modifications

Date changes may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability. A modification fee of AED 200 may apply.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3.1 Early Check-in/Late Check-out

Subject to availability and prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply:

  • Early check-in (before 1:00 PM): AED 200 per hour
  • Late check-out (after 1:00 PM): AED 500 per additional hour

4. Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we enforce the following property rules:

4.1 Guest Conduct

  • No parties or events without prior written consent
  • Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
  • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the property's stated capacity

4.2 Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties (AED 500 fine)
  • Pets are not allowed without prior approval

5. Liability

Besthoster Vacation Homes Rental is not liable for:

  • Any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay
  • Failure of utilities or appliances beyond our control
