General Rules
No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.
No pets allowed on the farm.
Payment & Check-in
The remaining amount (if any) + the security deposit must be paid upon check-in.
Upon arrival, ask the employee to tour the place, and check the cleanliness and sterilization yourself, and if you have any comments, inform him immediately.
Property Preservation
Preserve the property, and do not be careless while using the contents.
Do not put soap and dirt inside the swimming pool.
Do not leave children alone inside or around the swimming pool (your children are your responsibility).
Do not light fires in places other than those designated for barbecue.
Do not smoke inside the Villa and do not throw cigarette butts inside the farm (a fine of 300 dirhams).
Furniture moving and decor modifications are prohibited. Any violation will result in a deduction of the security deposit.
Check-out & Fees
An additional fee be charged if the property is left excessively dirty. (500 dirhams).
Check-out must not exceed 11:30 AM (a fine of 500 dirhams).
The employee must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit.
In the event of departure before the employee arrives, the security deposit will be deducted in full, and guests are responsible for any damages resulting from leaving the doors open.
Cancellation Policy
This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In case of no-show, the full amount will be deducted.
To change the date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date, and a change fee may be applied.
Liability
The farm management and the operating company are not responsible for any lost items. Please take care of your things.
